Dean's Lemon Flavored Sugar Cookies
From the Kitchen of Willa Dean Bonnell Spiker
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 2 Cups + 4 TBS sugar
- 1 1/4 Cup shortening
- 5 Cups + 4 TBS flour
- 3/4 Cups milk
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 large bottle (or 2 small) Oil of Lemon
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 till barely browning around edges (check after 10 minutes).
